Progress Continues in Tacoma Contract Discussions

On June 16, the Company and UFCW Local 367 bargaining committees returned to the negotiations table to continue discussions on new agreements for grocery and meat associates in the Tacoma area.

Yesterday, the dialogue was constructive, with both sides exchanging ideas, and working collaboratively toward shared goals.

Our focus remains on an agreement with competitive wages, affordable healthcare, and a pension for your retirement while keeping groceries affordable for our customers, too.

The next bargaining session has been scheduled for June 26. We will continue to share updates through your store leader, in huddles and online.
