QFC and UFCW Local 367 Bargaining Committees Move Forward

This week, the Company and UFCW Local 367 bargaining committees resumed negotiations on your contracts, working towards a positive outcome for everyone.

Tentative Agreements Reached

To date, the bargaining committees have reached tentative agreements on several language items. We are encouraged by the progress made so far and are hopeful of reaching an agreement. We are committed to bargaining in good faith and being open and transparent with you during this process.

Bargaining is a Process

The bargaining process is about discussing ideas, finding areas of compromise, and coming to a balanced agreement while keeping groceries affordable. It is important to note these thoughtful conversations are a necessary part of the process. It can take time to reach an agreement.

Next Steps

The bargaining committees are scheduled to meet tomorrow, Friday, May 2.
